The MLM board plan is also called as revolving MLM plan. If the company can reach the specified member then it split into two by the current members. The head of the organization assigned the subhead of the two boards. Splitting concept is more useful to make the several boards in single organization. Board wise, head can easily motivate the members to make more sales.
